Delete admin under phpmyadmin ?

Hello, i delete my admin under phpmyadmin, i did a mistake, there is anyway to recreate an admin ? Must i reinstall all the script ?

I recreate the user but he has the standart privilege.

Set the user's level column to 120 in the qa_users table. All these values are defined at the top of qa-app-users.php.

Hi gidgreen, How are you doing I hope good.
I read the orientation and did it but afer do it I can not login give the message as a wrong password...I delete and try again still same error.so I can NOT access admin..thank you.
