[Feature request] Require X points to send private messages

Question

Right now spammers can send everyone a private message right off the bat. I would like to require users to have X points before they can use the private messaging functionality. I think this is a core functionality.

Sidenote: I was never, and still am not a fan of private messages. Who knows who writes what to whom... spam, abuse, kind of dangerous. I stick to the "about me" field where they can leave their contact details (mail, skype etc). or just use the wall posts.
