Improving the Permissions page in admin panel

Question

With version 1.6.3 it is hard to see who can do what:

I suggest a slider system (and/or checkboxes), for instance:

That would make an overview much easier.

Or we use checkboxes, if there is a need to distinguish more levels.

What do you think?

From my point of view, the current system is not so bad. Even if in future the administration levels increase then placing those would be a problem.
Moreover the current system is easy to operate from mobiles using responsive themes. But the slider way will not be an easy task in mobiles.
