How to add enable and disable check for a plugin in admin panel?

Question

I was making a simple plugin in which I though to add an enable and disable checkbox for plugin in admin section. But I am unable to do that (my coding skills are not that good), can anyone tell how to do that via code. Here is the plugin I am making (just a simple one).
