When I entered to q2a site as admin and selected moderate page for approving the pending posts. But after approving 10 question posts suddenly showing an Unknown error message : " Please click again to confirm ".

What is the exact issue. I am feeling scared abot that issue. Is there any solution for this. Please help me as soon as possible

I've never been able to reproduce this because I've never even faced this issue. It is not clear if you are getting this randomly or each time you want to delete a specified post. If it is the latter, then take the post content DIRECTLY FROM THE DATABASE (using phpMyAdmin or whatever tool you want) and then copy it and paste it into a file. Upload the file somewhere and link it in your question.

This is a form security error/warning... maybe cookie changes, log in /out ,timeout, etc.

This message is not a correct message. In your case it is because security code is not valid, since page is not fully loaded.
