"click again to confirm" sign in error Q2A 1.7.4

Hello,

I saw other questions about this issue but there is nothing that match with my problem.

When users want to sign in,the message in red square ask "click to confirm" when they want to confirm the subcription and nothing change when we retry. Apparently, we have this problem only on mozilla and safari.

This issue appeared few days ago.

You have an idea ?
