Two sites half database ?

Question

I have Q2A site and i want to have another subdomain of site. Another Q2A (suddomain) should have another theme, another questions but same members of main site (synchronized members sysytem).

Like another site theme with another categories, sitename and settings.

I think it's too hard to do that, so i install another Q2A site or maybe super-easy solution avaible ?

Thanks, but i think it's to comlicated to me, cannot find how to merge database, only see 'Copy table to...', 'Move table to'.
