Why the comments and answers are by default bold?

When ever I tried to put an answer or comment for a question the answers are coming by default as bold? Is there any settings needs to be changed?

In my q2a. there is no option to add comment . Where is that enable from admin panel

check the CSS properties using Google Chrome Developer tools . From there you can come to know which css properties from your theme files are making that bolder .

Then open that css file and at that selector there would be something like

font-weight : 800 ;

make that to

font-weight : normal ;

There is no options in admin panel to handle this property .

I tried and now its working as normal text. But if I want to make something bold it won't work.
