Widget Anywhere v1.3 display blank page

Question

I am  using Widget Anywhere v1.3 on my version of q2a software.

it perfectly work on localhost server but in my website  when i click on Add new widget

the blank page will be displayed.

I am using this plugin, too (Thank you Scott). It may be caused by user level. If you operate it in normal admin, nothing will be displayed. This may be spesification of plugin. But I think it is small bug. Do it happen in also super admin?
