Is there any mailing list related to the Q&A platform which tells the users about the new relases and changes made to them?

I thing this would be very useful for program translators who translates the platform, cause it tells them when they should upgrade the program to the newest releas.

Nope, not currently. It would be cool if there was an RSS feed on the versions page.

You can check in admin/stats section which tells you when there is an upgrade. It uses an iframe for this page. So if you can find a way to automatically check that page for changes, go ahead!

Someone created a mailing list at http://groups.google.com/group/question2answer

It would be a great idea to use one.  Mailing list allow for more active discussions I think.
