For the Q2A site, there are 23 pages of tags. There are some circumstances where users might want to search for certain tags, and it seems the only way to do it is to go through the pages or to start a question and type in words in the Tags field to see what tags come up. That seems sub-optimal. Stack Overflow has a search field in Tags that says "Type to find tags".
