google+ (plus) login to invite contact list

You have seen websites where you could login using your google plus account via which the website gets access to the contact lists, right. I need such a thing for my q2a website so that people login using their google plus account and I leverage that to invite their contact list to attract more registered members

How can I do that or from where I should start?
