google plus comment/ answer integration

Question

I wonder if anyone has integrated google plus for google plus users to leave comments or answers to q2a websites.

I found and easy way of integration of google pluys so that g+ users can leave comments

but dont know how to display it under every answer and comments. ( at every possible input locations and to replace original input text with the G+ one)

Will appreciate any tips

You will probably will have to create an Advance Theme so you can change the entire theme to integrate G+
