How to give alert message after page refresh

Question

How to give alert message "You have answered successfully" after user answer a question?

Or even if user askes a question or comment or ask related answer?

whenever page refresh with click of button when user enter somthing i need to give a alert message what user did last before refresh.

I like that idea, including the option to offer the user the next action, like ask another, see related, choose tags...As well something like : You got 50 points, earn x more by answer something... You need xxx points more to become a "next usertitle" ...or similar. Would make it less anonymous..
