First hand results for Responsive Snow Theme

Question

I am sharing my results for responsive Snow theme. Currently this works for Nexus 5 and iphone 5 screen sizes. And the pages ported to responsive theme do not include, Tags and User Profiles. I will work on them  progresively.

PS : this is a first hand design and not the final one. I am new to CSS. I would appreciate any further help in the transformation.

Theme looks pretty good and world fluently. Great work and I would be waiting to see the finished work.
