How to move answer from to the bottom of the page?

Question

Beleive me I googled this question before I ask, but unfortunately all the previus answers are hidden and not avalable anymore.

In other discussions everyone was referring to this answer, but it has been hidden. :(

I really need to move my answer form to the bottm of the page bellow all answers. 

Q2A has not such an option in settings, I checked the PHP files but it was hard to understand. I really appreciate any help and solution.
