how can i hide the answer form in default

Hi,can anyone plz tell me how to hide the answer form in default view.I want the form only to appear when some one clicks on the answer link or button.

In the 'Viewing' section of the admin panel, see the option 'Show answer form immediately'.

thanks for the reply..anyway i had figured that out.

Can you plz tell me how to increase the comment form or answer form (text only) height.
