When moderating it would be useful to turn comments into answers. It looks like this was previously on the roadmap but never for implemented (http://www.question2answer.org/qa/2360/convert-comment-to-answer)
I was searching for the same and suggested it for the roadmap of QA 1.7. But now there seems to be a plugin - although it seems to be a bit dificult to extract the number of the comment to convert it.
