Where custom html are saved?

Where custom html that could be inserted on top/ bottom of page are saved? It broken my page I can't access panel control anymore to remove / correct it.

It store into database

It is stored in the database, in the qa_options table. (If you don't have a way to access the database directly, get phpMyAdmin.) Look for the options with a title of custom_footer and custom_header.
