Show only for example 3 full questions in homepage

Just want to ask it is hard to do that in index page will be shown only for example 5 questions (like usually) but others questions will be not expanded (no date, tags, author and category.)

I think that this feature can reduce index page load time.

Sure, you can do this with an advanced theme, which overrides function q_list(...). In your version of q_list(), check $this->template to see if you're on the home page, and if so, change the loop to do something different after three questions have been output.
