Make questions not show for a non user

I can set Q2A so that only approved users can see the question. Once an un-approved user logs in he can not see the question. This is good.

Here is where i am having an issue. Lets say that you have never been to my site before  , when you go to my site and you have not logged in to the site you will see all of the questions. I need the site to not show Questions if they are not an approved logged in user. Is this possible?

Can you tell me how this was done? Do I need a special add-on or can it be done in the settings? I have looked through the settings and could not find a way to do this.

Just go to admin permissions view questions and set for register users...
