How to show "Ask a Question" menu item to non registered users?

and if they click, redirect them to the registation page?

I want to motivate my visitors to register my Q&A site. But I'm not sure all of them are wise enough to find Register link at the top.
Q2A version: 1.6.3

In Admin -> Permissions you'll see Asking questions. Set the combobox to Registered users with email confirmed. Then go to Admin -> Pages and tick the Ask a Question checkbox.

If an unregistered user tries to ask a question they will be displayed an error asking them to login or register.
