i integration 3 site but 1 site problem?

hi, i dont know but i instragration my 3 wordpress site q2a no problem but its perfect done. But 1 site problem i cant doing intagration. i make path, and open site but problem like this:

i change qa_ prefix maybe for fix but nothing fixed. i wish somebody help this problem..

If you change the prefix, it gets changed for all tables and not none. Similarly, if you change prefix back to qa_ you have to change it back for all tables. Also, have you tried checking if the table actually exists in the db using phpmyadmin?
