but its not integrate i think right? not writing about wordpress nothing?

Yes, it should say something like "When you click below, your Question2Answer site will be set up to integrate with the users of your WordPress site..."

Have you set up WordPress, and set the QA_WORDPRESS_INTEGRATE_PATH variable in qa-config.php?
