For my Q&A site I want to disable the question text input box, so that users only enter the question itself (i.e. title) and the tags, then submit it. Is there any plugin that allows me to do so -- or maybe even a default option?
If not then I am willing to develop such a plugin for myself. I know PHP, however I've just started with Question2Answer, so I don't know where to start, i.e. which API functions I should look at first.

PS: If I can achieve that more easily with an advanced theme, then I am happy to create such either.
