Can anyone tell me about the Facebook Login button that is used on this site?

Hello. I am setting up a Q&A section for my interior design blog and have chosen the question2answer platform. However, I am not able to figure out how to enable logging in via Facebook. Can anyone help me please?

You can enable facebook login for your site, by going into admin panel and opening the Plugins tab. Search  for Facebook on that page.
