Post Not Showing For Editing

Please check the image, first two posts are not showing up in my question list at http://www.ehowportal.com/answers/

Any one explain me possible cause for this??

Note : I did changes as per this post on script @ http://www.question2answer.org/qa/29404/how-to-prevent-user-changing-title-of-their-own-questions

I have manually deleted those post from phpmyadmin, would anyone please solve my above mentioned problem?

It seems to be displayed definitely now.

I have observed that while preventing user changing titles, (http://www.question2answer.org/qa/29404/how-to-prevent-user-changing-title-of-their-own-questions)

once question is edited by users, it will show up but question's title automaticaly gets hidden.

I want question titles non-editable by user because it changes post's premalink. If question is edited by user, he/she can only change description(approval after moderation)

Please suggest your best idea to implement into.
