how can I show latest question view page on homepage ???

is it possible to show on homepage to just one question with answers. but it must be the latest question

You can check Q2A Market product which allows to set your questions as featured question as well as have slider widget to display featured questions.

Yes you can do it by writing own query on custom page or somewhere on the activity page.
