Image lightbox plugin required

Question

Can somebody from this community implement an image lightbox plugin for Q2A?

Examples: 

1. fancyBox2 (has an API)
2. Lightbox2

Or maybe gidgreen can add this feature in upcoming versions? Thank you very much!

It will work for all posted images.

The first thing I notice is that the script has not been loaded... in the source there should be <script type="text/javascript" src="../qa-plugin/q2apro-lightbox-images/script.js"></script> but there is not.

Is the lightbox plugin enabled? See admin/plugins and click on options. If so, then one of your other plugins is probably overriding the function head_script() without calling qa_html_theme_base::head_script();

Lightbox plugin is enabled on my site. I can see the images in the lightbox when I click on the image posted on the answers, questions and comments. But when I click on the image posted in the blog section, then nothing happens. Is it designed to work with images upload or posted in the blog section?

If other plugin is overriding the function head_script() without calling qa_html_theme_base::head_script(); would it also cause the lightbox plugin not to work for the images posted in the questions, answers and comments?

Yes. That is probably the reason. Check the head_script override in the blog plugin.
