Can I add a required field into the question formular?

I need a field with some presets in the question formular. This filed must be a required field to ask a question.

Mabye something like that:

 

Field name: Version

Value1: v1

Value2: v2

Value3: v3

Restriction:
Error position is not appropriate. Because I don't want to hack Q2A core, I did in this way.
