Is it possible to edit "Recent questions and answers" in Tag and Category pages?

Question

Hi, am sure everyone noticed tag page and category page starts with "Recent questions and answers in..." or "Recent questions tagged..."  in the page title and H1 heading.

Can this be edited to something else e.g "Tag Q&A Forum" or "Category Q&A Forum?"

I'm specifically targeting the keyword "Forum" in these pages. Can it be done?
