The user receives an email notification only when there is a transition from "registered user" to "expert" (I'm doing my tests editing the user profile as an admin).
The user does not receive any email notification when there are other transitions (eg : from "expert" to "editor").
Why ?
Is it correct ?
Do you have the same behaviour ?
