notice at the top on user profile change event

Question

Is it possible to have a notice at the top when the user has a new profile type ?

(eg, from "registered user" to "Expert"; I'm doing my test editing the user profile as an admin)

 

If yes, how ?

Does anyone have it in his/her qa site ?

I've also installed the "privileges" plugin, which should have this option, but I do not see any notice on top when the user transitions from a profile to another

Cool... I found the way to do it and very easy.

You can use User Level Event u_level

Then create a layer for top notification bar and display message by checking the logged in user id and

Additionally, you can get user role and add to your notification bar as well.
