I updated the version from 1.7.4 to 1.8.3

I have problems with uploading the user profile and avatar. A warning that says "Please click again to confirm" comes up.

PHP versiyon:	5.6.36
MySQL versiyon:	5.6.39-cll-lve

Problem is solution. Uptade again and now working.
