Bug: Network Plugin v0.5 on Q2A v1.6.2

Question

Fresh install of 1.6.2
Fresh install of Network Plugin v0.5.
No extra plugins installed.

No options to activate/deactivate network plugin, only migrate form visable.
Plugins > Network Plugin :: options

UPDATE
I have tested 4 Q2A versions, this bug applies to all v1.6* Q2A.
The last version of Q2A for Network Plugin to display properly in Admin > Plugins is Q2A v1.5.4. thanks.

@Scott, @pupi can you please tell what the issue here is? Is it because the forms are coming from 2 modules?

i found a workaround for this problem...

commenting 26. line of q2a-network/qa-plugin.php to

//qa_register_plugin_module('module', 'qa-network-migrate-admin.php', 'qa_network_migrate_admin', 'Network Site Post Migration');

makes migrate feature disabled so other form becames visible... if you need migration, you can enable it later after your configuration done...

this bug should be fixed anyway..
