Should i create super administrator from database ?

Question

Recenlty i can't login my site with super administrator account due to "Please click again to confirm" problem

and i have another one administrator account with different userid and i want to make this adminstrator to super administrator

can i make super admistrator from database ? or is this generate any error or misstake ?

Try to reset the password for your Super Admin account. If you still have issue than check in qa_users table > Level column your super admin level should 120.

Once you can log in than you can create any user as a admin, moderator etc from the interface itself.

but i can't resent password for same error found when reseting password "Please click again to confirm"
