Thought I should alert you to a potential security risk

Question

Just went onto this site and noticed the username and password had autofilled with the following:

Username: qa_db_connection

Password had autofilled with a 16 digit code, but i didn't try to see if it works!

Not sure if it's anything you should be worried about, but thought i should tell you anyway.

There may have been a temporary fix or a once of glitch. I have tested sending broken requests through to try and see if their security would fail but it worked fine.
