Admin -> Emails -> "Reset to defaults"
Phenomenon:
"feedback_email" is empty. and "feedback_enabled" is checked.
On this condition, I think feedback page is displayed, and, form becomes error by all means. When Q2A is young, it was made, but I feel this should be improved.
