Adding a Subnav to The User Page

I'm trying to add a page next to Recent Activity or Wall in the user page.

How would I do so?

So how did you manage to add the "gallery" and "articles" sections under the user profile? It seems you must have done something naughty as the browser is returning an HTTP 404 status code but also returning data :) Maybe you've performed some changes to the file qa-page-not-found.php and are still returning the 404 header? Thanks.

How about Subnavi Maker plugin? This is simple plugin, but I use this with other plugin often.
