Please teach OpenSource CSS-Preprocessor

Question

I am making new theme of Q2A.
I want to try CSS-Preprocessor in the new theme.

Feature like dtCSS.
http://code.google.com/p/dtcss/

But, dtCSS's development stops(?) and not to move well in subfolder/subdomain.
PHP and server-side-processing program is ideal.
Do you know similar and HOT OpenSource?

Thank you DisgruntledGoat. I checked "Less CSS" at investigation, but took it off from a choice because platform was "ruby"... But, I examined again and was able to find PHP/JavaScript version.
