How can i make Ask box look like the one in this website?

Which ask box? You mean the box on the sidebar or are you referring to the WYSIWYG editor?

Q2A has "Ask box" plugin by default. Below is procedure to add "Ask box".

  1. Login in user with authority more than admin
  2. Click "Admin" link of main menus
  3. Click "Layout" link of sub menus
  4. Click "add widget" link of "Ask Box" at "Available widgets"
  5. Select "Position" that you want to display
  6. Check pages that you want to display
