I developed "Random Users Widget" plugin.This plugin displays user's avatar/handle/fullname at like position. In my site, display on login page. Avatar/name is linking "Web site" on user's account. Only users who desired display by "Agree display avatar at xxx page" of account page is displayed on widget.
