New Avatar plugin(UNICORNIFY)

Question

This plugin basically overrides  the gravatar plugin that's already in the system.

Unicornified is a cool system just like Gravatar, but instead it uses unicorns picture. And each member has its unique avatar. It give the theme a nice look.

hi @jugu thank you very much for the great plugin 

but it would be best if you use its size 128 because 80 is very small

I have changed the downloading link to github, and I added an admin control. So now you can Turn the plugin on or off via admin panel.
