Where can I see registered users?

Where can I see and manage the users. I have looked under Admin>Users and I don't see any even though I registered a test user.

1. Login as admin
2. Enter user page
3. ???
4. Profit!

Thanks. Actually I found it. The problem was that my user page was unticked under pages in admin and I thought people were referring to the other user page ( also under admin ). You might want to edit your answer to reflect this but I'l give you the tick anyway.
