my q2a layout on my website has messed, and i can not change anything as its putting a really long URL into my browser if i try to make changes, cant even take it down for maintenance.

i ant change the layout because if i make any changes in admin it puts a really long URL in my web browers, which is 'http://bpoutpost.com/search-results.html?**and here my page html code**, and gives me:
Request-URI Too Large
The requested URL's length exceeds the capacity limit for this server.
Apache Server at * Port 80
anyone know what is happening and how i fix this?
