Can't paste URL into answer IE

Question

I'm trying to answer a question by refering to another website, I can't paste the link into my answer text, I can't use the "Insert Link" dialog ("OK" and "Close" buttons do nothing, leading to me being stuck in the dialog. I'm using latest IE on Windows 8.1

The compatibility with IE 11 has been fixed with version 4.3 of CKEditor.

So I think that the CKEditor version of the plugin should be upgraded replacing the current one.
