What is the difference between ocontent and content, opostid and postid?

newbie question:

In different files in q2a you find the use of: ocontent and content, opostid and postid

e.g. $question['ocontent'] in file qa-feed.php

I guess there is no difference? When do I know what description to take?

I see that this o____ is supposed to reference another post. Could find this in qa-db-selects.php, function qa_db_add_selectspec_opost(). But where do I know from qa-feed when this is the case?
