No points in some categories

Hey guys,

I plan to set up a Q2A forum but have a question about it:

I want to disable to disable the "pointcounting" in questions/answers which are posted in chosen categories. For example: User who ask/answer in the category "General questions about the forum" shouldn't get any points.

Is there any possibility to realize this?
