Link-Bug for /ip/ page

Question

Anonymous was posting some questions, I checked the ip:

mydomain.com/ip/123.45.67.89

And got a list of all his activities.

Problem: Many question titles were linked by the IP and not the question itself!

I would consider this a bug...

 

Important: It happens only for "asked" and "edited", "commented" is working fine. And it also happens for registered users when you check their ip page.

I think it was a bug caused by myself. When I tried to link the "asked" text below a question (the question meta), in my new version there are no issues anymore.
