A question mark in a URL is not bad for SEO, keywords in the URL are more important even if it's ?page=keyword or /page/keyword.

Anyway, in Admin > General make sure the top option is set for URL structure. That will make the URLs cleaner like they are here. The things such as ?start=20 or ?sort=votes are best kept to parameters.

Guys,
This this the milion dollar comment, please read it twice.

The Question Mark is bad for the SEO!!

After I Installed the QA on my blog: http://www.9comp.com/qa
Google found the pages with the "?" (the comments in the questions) as "duplicate title" of the "Question source" !!
Also google thought that there are duplicate Meta descriptions between the source Q and the comments with the "?"

You must remove the "?" from the comments!!

A good url of comment need to look like this:

http://www.askpavel.co.il/qa/10909/#a10921    (with the #)

This is the orginal Q: http://www.askpavel.co.il/qa/10909

Also you must have canonical line for each Question:

Example:

<LINK REL="canonical" HREF="http://www.askpavel.co.il/qa/10909/">

The Q&A can harm you blog if you don't Integrate it by the book! (the book of SEO)
Google will see the Q&A system as SPAM if you didn't set is well.
